We strongly believe that the school leadership is best placed to set the improvement and development agenda for their own schools and that any support must work alongside  leaders and not become a hindrance or a distraction to their fundamental agreed priorities in improving the lives of all pupils and enriching their communities.

This doesn't mean that our work won't challenge a school's leadership.

As an organisation we have clear values regarding children and adults and their well being and the entitlement all have to be in a safe, happy and engaging environment in which they and the whole community can thrive.

However, we don't have 'hidden agendas' nor are we an organisation that promotes any particular methodology, style or 'product'.

We are committed to letting you take the lead- we have the privilege  to walk in your footsteps - and use our knowledge and experience to support, challenge,  encourage and advise you.
