The Firewolf Learning Network recognise the the fundamental intention of leadership in school is to meet the challenge of empowering all to do well whilst at the same time enabling all to be well.

Together these are the two inseparable agendas that create the climate, culture and ethos in which children, staff and the community can thrive.. and that leaders themselves must experience. 

To enable this Firewolf Learning Network has developed three bespoke approaches to support leaders themselves to not only do well but also be well.

The capacity of leadership to undertake accurate and meaningful self evaluation as to 'how well' the school is doing is at the heart of both school improvement, healthy relationships  and personal development.

Whilst it is essential that leadership knows what to improve-  knowing how to improve is an even more  fundamental challenge.

The strategic role of Governors working with Leaders has steadily increased in importance and complexity  especially regarding accountability, performance and maintaining the strategic direction so that all can do well and be well.
