Our mission at the Firewolf Learning Network is to empower all school leaders to:-
'Create Ambition with Integrity'
To do this all of our work is underpinned by
four core values:-
That the 'authenticity' of leadership relies on authority about the quality of education in the school and focusses relentlessly on the pupils, the workforce and the communities best interests rather than in any particular position of authority over the school.

That the 'integrity' of leadership rests on leaders being as equally committed to learning ABOUT the school as they are about driving up the quality of learning IN the school.

That the work of the Firewolf Learning Network will always strive to support school leaders ambitions by acting with integrity and only expecting authentic actions from others.
We believe that the school leadership should be freed from other inauthentic agendas so as to take confident and ambitious next steps as they lead their schools. To that end all of our work with school leaders is 'agenda free' but 'values rich' and reflects our 'Step with Step' approach to consultancy support.
